Exchange or Return of products will only be considered if the product received is in damaged condition and subject to the following terms:
A compulsory unboxing video is required to verify any damage claim.
The product must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To apply for a return, one should have the invoice with them. Without an invoice or receipt, returns will not be accepted.
Return will be accepted for the only damaged product delivered.
What's The Procedure For Return?
Claims must be raised within 24 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in the rejection of the Claim.
Damages due to the user's mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.
Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days. ( It takes 3-4 days to get the product picked up after pick up, the product reaches the warehouse, and there it will be verified. After the verification process, within the next 5-7 working days, the refund amount will be transferred to the consignee account.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
